Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Mentoring & Coaching?
Coaching and mentoring generally use the same skills and approach, however coaching is short term task-based and mentoring is a longer term relationship.
How long are the coaching sessions?
Most coaches would suggest 1-hour or 1½-hours. We do the same, plus we have packaged sessions that allow our clients to work at their own pace ranging from 45-minutes to 100-minutes per session.
What is the background and experience of your coaches?
Great Question – All our coaches have a minimum of 15-years of experience. Before beginning any mandate we will send you the coach’s bio and a history of his/her completed assignments. This way you can get a feeling if there is good synergy between both parties, and that the coach has the relevant experience to successfully carryout the mandate.
What are your rates – how much do you charge?
Rates are based on the level of difficulty, the subject matter, and the experience of the coach. Fees for 2018-2019 calendar years are provided on our website. We also provide up to a 10% discount if you choose any of our packages.
Will I be charged if I cancel a pre-scheduled coaching session?
No. There are no cancellation fees if you cancel a coaching session.
Who decides on the meeting date and time?
Usually the coach will suggest the date and time, and then by mutual consent the meeting is scheduled.
Do you provide a guarantee?
No. It is impossible to predict the outcome of any one mandate. Having said that, we provide ample time for client questions and feed back. If the coach is doing his/her job properly and suspects friction or resistance, it will be dealt with immediately, including the possibility of providing another coach.
Can you provide me with client testimonials?
Yes. Sent us an email request, and we will promptly send you our current list of testimonials.
Do you specialize in any one industry?
No. We provide coaching and consulting services in many industries and sectors. Example of completed assignments are: retail, manufacturing, media and entertainment, military sector, real estate, software development, restaurants, health care, education, non-profit, furniture industry, e-commerce, and high tech sector .
Is coaching confidential?
What we discuss will be held in confidence and not shared with others without your consent. In our view, coaching is a confidential process, and your personal information as well as our discussions will always be protected.
