astoria consultants.ca will not disclose the client’s name as a reference without the client’s consent. Confidential Information does not include information that: (i.) was in the our possession prior to its being furnished by the client; (ii.) is generally known to the public or in the client’s industry.
Information discussed during a training session between the coach and the client will remain confidential, and if the coach takes notes how and where they will be stored for security proposes. If the coach intends to discuss the notes or details of the session with a manager, supervisor, etc. the coach will first ask the clients consent or permission to do so.

This website is directed to adults; it is not directed to children under the age of 18. We operate our site in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, and will not knowingly collect or use personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
